Meeting Dates

The Club normally meets for lunch now on the second Tuesday of each month.  We normally gather informally from 12.30 p.m. for a pre lunch drink and chat for 1 p.m. start. If we have a guest speaker, typically  every other ordinary lunch meeting, they will precede the lunch and start at 12 noon.

Lunch is 2  courses plus coffee and a choice from 3 items per course is normally available ; we can accommodate usual dietary needs  Meals are selected at the previous meeting to ensure speedy service. The majority of the meetings are at The Masonic  Hall (Arnold House) in the centre of Rugby in our own room. There are minimal formalities so that we can make the most of the social atmosphere.

Twice a year we open the meetings to wives, partners and friends etc. The Ladies’ lunch is at the end of January and the Summer outing including a meal, replaces the June lunch. In addition we  have other outings e.g. Kilworth House picnic and musical , a Greek restaurant visit and a glider flight in the year before Covid  forced us to social meeting.
